The mission of the Utah Funeral Director Association is to provide valuable resources and innovative opportunities for our funeral service professionals by: facilitating professional networking and relationships, offering progressive learning opportunities, and being the voice for positive legislative and public advocacy.
The officers, directors, and employees of the Utah Funeral Directors Association will base all decisions and actions according to the following set of core values

After discussion with the membership and in accordance with the UFDA Mission and Value Statements, the officers and directors will concentrate on the following strategic initiatives: Provide more innovative continuing education opportunities; be more proficient in communicating and disseminating information (website, e-mail, newsletter, etc.); continue to visit mortuaries and listen to the needs of the membership; lead the way in strengthening funeral service laws, providing public advocacy, and fostering relationships with legislators/regulators; and offer value-added business partnerships that provide clear member benefits and potential residual income to the Association.

Immediate opening for a LICENSED FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND EMBALMER in Northeastern Arizona. We will help you obtain an Arizona license, if needed.

We serve faithful, religious, and growing communities, some local and some rural; we do grave set ups in formal grass cemeteries and in rural dirt cemeteries. We drive through mountain roads where there is wildlife and occasionally put our 1st call vehicles in 4-wheel drive.
Silver Creek Mortuary and Crematory is located in Taylor, AZ and Pinetop, AZ and we also serve the communities of Show Low and Heber, AZ. We have announced our intentions to build and establish a mortuary in Show Low, AZ and are looking to build our team. We serve 400+ families a year and there are moments with pressure, but many, many days when things just flow smoothly, because of our awesome team.
